Where should I place my purifier?
Use a stable surface and follow the model clearance instructions. Keep air inlets and outlets unobstructed and place the device away from water and heat sources.
Should I remove the filter packaging first?
Check the setup instructions. Some filters are shipped inside protective packaging that must be removed before operation. Unplug the device before opening it.
Can I wash the filter?
Only if the manufacturer instructions explicitly say it is washable. A washable grille or pre-filter does not mean all filter layers are washable.
How often should I replace the filter?
It depends on the model, use and environment. Follow the manufacturer maintenance schedule and any replacement indicator.
Can I add essential oils?
Only use oils if the model is expressly designed for them, and only in the designated area described in its instructions. Never add oil directly to a filter or air inlet.
Do all products have the same features?
No. Filtration, coverage, noise levels, lighting, timers and controls differ. Check the product page and contact us if you need clarification before buying.
