Free standard shipping
Organexy offers free standard shipping to eligible delivery addresses in the United States. There is no minimum order value. The standard shipping charge at checkout is $0 USD. Any applicable taxes are shown separately before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
Allow up to 3 business days for order processing before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The transit estimates below begin after dispatch and are additional to processing time.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Timing varies by model, destination, carrier, holidays and other delivery conditions. For a product not listed in these groups, contact us for its current delivery estimate before ordering.
Delivery destinations
Availability depends on the item and delivery address. The US-stocked products listed above do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or a PO box so we can confirm whether the selected item can be delivered.
Tracking and multiple items
Tracking information becomes available after dispatch. Email contact@organexy.com with your order number for tracking assistance. Items in the same order may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Delays or delivery problems
If a shipment is delayed, missing or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, follow our return and refund policy. Keep the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Address changes and cancellations
Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correction. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
