Product information

Review the description, selected variant, power requirements and care instructions for the exact product before ordering. Product images illustrate the listed item; screen settings can affect how colors appear. If any important information is unclear, contact us before placing your order. Air purifier features and maintenance requirements vary by model. Product information is not a promise to prevent or treat a medical condition.

Prices and checkout

Product prices are displayed in US dollars. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout before you submit payment. Review the item, quantity, delivery address and total carefully before placing an order.

Order information and fulfillment

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Contact us promptly if an order detail needs correction. An order confirmation records the details of your order. If an item is unavailable or we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve the issue or arrange a refund where appropriate. We work with fulfillment suppliers to ship orders. Delivery estimates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and holidays.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. Our published return and refund policy explains eligibility, the 30-day request window for damaged, defective or incorrect items, return instructions and refund handling. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before sending an item back.
